The Challenge: A global retailer needed to transform product information management. Their system was outdated and slow. It couldn’t handle high online traffic globally. They needed a modern, scalable solution. This solution had to ensure accurate, up-to-date product details. These details needed to be available 24/7 worldwide. The goal was direct delivery from the source with minimal delays.
Our Solution: Provide Solution Architecture with deep expertise in Product Information Management (PIM) and cloud technologies to lead the transformation. Working closely with the clients business analysts, developers, and product owner, our architect designed and implemented a new, cloud-based Product Data Hub.

Helping Global Client Streamline Product Development and Testing of Prototype parts
The client, a leader in Heavy Trucks Automotive Industry, needed to modernize how they managed product information and testing during the research and development (R&D) phase. Their existing systems were outdated and inefficient, hindering their ability to bring new products to market quickly and effectively.
Role: I was lead architect to guide the design and implementation of a new, streamlined system. This involved:
- Modernizing The System for Prototype Products: Creating a clear and organized way to describe and manage all the parts and components that make up their product test using prototype parts. This ”product system and structure” ensured everyone had access to the right information to, make tests, procure prototype products and track the test assignment cycle.
- Migrating from Old Systems: Develop a new system for all parts of the prototype part process, vehicle structure, parts management, test assignment lifecycle, and Moving data from their old mainframe system to the new system developed.
- Implementing Specialized Testing: Designing and building new, customized testing systems to ensure product quality and reliability. This included setting up a dedicated warehouse system to manage all the parts used for testing, test assignment module, and vehicle structure.
Collaboration: As lead architect I worked closely with the clients business analysts, project managers, core business team, and developers to ensure the new system met their specific needs.
The Goal: To help the client develop and test new products more efficiently, reduce time to market, and improve overall product quality.
